For Me, For You

There is a space in between the calendar year and Lunar New Year (Jan 22) which I use for stillness and introspection. It helps me recover post-holiday and plan 2023 with integrity and grace rather than dive in with a new a list of to-dos and expectations.

what i’ve done.

A slight shift in my home and personal style help me stay in this mode of contemplation and chill. I add a little *extra* which is the feng shui that I have integrated into my life. This year, it is writing a wish or goal I hope to achieve and placing at the top of my front door. My whole family added their wishes too as a daily visual reminder. We often pass through this door so quickly and not so mindfully. We will bless the door on Lunar New Year and see what kind of adventures come along.
