Ritual + Aesthetic

Feng shui to connect Asian heritage and the modern home.

Feng Shui & Ancestry

I came to feng shui out of an interest to support my art career, which includes curating and installing art in collectors’ homes. In my deeper dive, I found a connection to ancestry and philosophies that filled in cultural gaps as a first generation Asian-American.

My immigrant parents were focused on working hard and giving their kids the best education possible. While they did instill many Taiwanese values to our suburban American life, we were never in full communication of the REAL WHY for certain Asian rituals like burning incense, offering food to the gods, and passing of red envelopes.

Not only does feng shui teach me how to balance and to bring prosperity, luck and overall good health, it also deepens connection with my Asian lineage.

AAPI Identity + Expression

I hope to help AAPI families find their own styles of combining tradition with modern vibes that ultimately feel authentic to themselves. I strive to connect heritage, heal, and uplift our community.

I seek to collaborate with those who resonate with this message and align with furthering the understanding of what Asian identity means having grown up in a disconnected way. We will create magical spaces and establish cool vibes. We will find belonging and inclusion along the way.

Feng shui forces one to re-examine, reinterpret, and create ways of expanding ancient philosophies. We will find ways to express ourselves through our Asian identity (family + food) and our contemporary aesthetics (fashion + home.)
